This morning of course is Father's Day.  So, I opted to stay in bed and have breakfast brought to me (it's a tradition we have for Mother's Day and Father's Day).  My next to youngest child, Karah, was standing near the foot of the bed, my wife (Joy) was right next to me near the head of the bed (standing) and here's the conversation that took place:

Karah:  How many feet am I?
Joy:  Two feet.
Karah:  I am not!  How tall am I?
Me:  A little taller than the door knob.
Karah:  (Coming to smack me).
Joy:  Hey, you're about the same height as the light switch.
Me:  Yeah, you're about even with the top of the light switch plate.

My son Micah examined by face this morning to see if I had shaved and exclaimed, "Porcupine!"  He said this because many mornings I don't shave and of course have some rough stubble.  I retorted back, "What do you want me to do?  Wax?"  I guess it's time to get a sharper razor or something...  (This has been going on for quite some time.)
